Their comprehensive website lets you submit the entire application during registration so you can immediately get rates. I got a call from Natalie shortly afterwards and locked my LE within 48 hours. From there, her or Luke would call or email daily to provide an update on the transaction. Both of them are VERY prompt with responses, HUGE plus.
